“Your priorities, lifestyle and commitments will change over time. This does not exclude you from a fitter, leaner and healthier life, even with age. I firmly believe in building our clients knowledge to ensure effective workouts, positive eating strategies, and realistic and achievable long term health objectives. If you have the best intentions to develop your fitness and keep setting goals for yourself but can’t get any traction towards achieving them I can map a positive health plan to ensure real long term results.”

Background

Colin has 16 years experience as a fitness trainer and health coach working in several different environments across several demographics. He has a personal passion for coaching others to optimal wellness. In recent years Colin has worked closely with professional people who struggle to balance personal health needs with career demands understanding of how to assist and enable you to get back in the driver’s seat and out of that dilemma. His expertise in the health and fitness industry started in 1993. With consistent application to qualifications Colin is a licensed Wellness Coach, trained through the leading wellness coach training company, well coaches Inc (USA) certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a health and fitness instructor and earned an MSc in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. In addition a registered member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and qualified as a therapeutic massage therapist through the National Healing Institute of Ireland and Wat Po Thai Traditional Massage school, Bangkok.

Colin develops creative effective strategies appropriate for each client’s needs and goals to build positive change and relish the challenge of working with people from different backgrounds, ages, and attitudes. He actual success and therefore the need for practical strategy and structure.
